Our goal is to capture beautiful images & video that showcase the unique feel and layout of the home or property with a polished & realistic view that charms potential guests or buyers!
We pride ourselves on images that show your home or property in a pleasing and realistic way. The last thing you want is a disillusioned and unhappy client coming to tour a home and realizing that the photos they fell in love with look nothing like the house they are viewing…. It is for this very reason that we edit in a realistic style with true colors.
How to prepare for the shoot
Remove any items that may cause distraction or have personal information such as family photos and bills. Clear clutter from countertops, nightstands, bathrooms and fridges. The more minimal the better. While we work with real estate agents to remove certain items as we go through the house, if the house is already clean and photo ready, this makes our time shooting much shorter and ultimately will present your home in the best light making it easier to sell.
If your house is empty, we recommend having a stylist come in stage the main living areas for photos especially homes larger than 1000 sq ft. This helps potential buyers get a better idea of the layout of the space and envision themselves living there!
